Nadia Jarjoura, "The Queen of Fine Cuisine", was born Febuary 3, 1950 in Farouzi, Syria. She came to the US when she was 29 with dreams of her own. She always had a passion to feed people, whether it was dinner for five or a wedding for three hundred people, she was sure to put a smile on your face one way or another. She was a women of class and courage that took pride in her food accepting nothing less than perfection in her creations. Her dream was always to have a restaurant of her own to share her fine cuisine with others and in October of 2003 that dream came true.

Nadia Jarjoura is the inspiration that sparked the heated passion derived from her personification of courage, determination, and resilience that brought the rough waters of frustration to a boil in the kitchen of this Nonprofit Cancer Corporation.
